It all started when...
Jeff Philbin was the Director of Marketing for a local restaurant group leading the direction for their 4 Tampa Bay restaurants combining nearly 15 years of industry knowledge.
I love what I do at Helicon Property Restoration where I proudly serve as our Director of Marketing and a humbled member of our leadership team. I enjoy knowing our efforts have a direct impact on those we serve. It is with that thirst for always wanting to deliver the best customer experience that it allows me the opportunity to help other businesses in tandem with my regular commitments to be a consultant for what could be your needs.
In that past role, I led the brand strategy and implementation for all projects and marketing by developing research plans and providing teams at the store level the tools necessary to drive sales, customer engagement, and a desirable work culture. I am data oriented from a career stop in the tech industry as a project manager with emphasis on bettering processes and plans where me on the job training and education allowed me the opportunity to analyze and research expected results from the creation of specific and strategic project action plans to meet our goals. With a keen sense of business and the impact it has on the bottom line, I collaborated and evaluated program ad analytics with finances, consumer insights, and external media partners to insure effective planning and execution of all campaigns with focus on return on investment. I believe that translate well into me researching areas that could include market analysis, competitive intelligence and business intelligence to meet and exceeded the role of what the team was looking for! I would like to repeat the success I have achieved with collaborating with fellow entrepreneurs in a cross-functional manner where I have experience developing, implementing, and executing brand strategic plans to consult with you to make your business culinary dreams a reality. I have a strong academic background in reporting sales figures and accounting of necessary documents and filings coupled with excellent communication and organization skills. I am well versed with researching market trends and implementing goals from these findings to satisfy the needs of the other individual and the organization as a whole. I truly believe this could allow for great synergy to benefit your organization and those you interact with to deliver the best customer centric, dining experience.
I believe my love for guest interaction and engagement was paramount to us achieving 6% sales growth when an industry average is 3% from relevant content, systematic processes, consistent branding & messaging, and a servant leadership style to coach and mentor our team allowing us much of those gains. I was responsible for creating, curating, and monitoring all CRM tools and content for us and am excited to know of the opportunity that my talents can potentially become a fit for you, your team to help drive sales as a consultant and extension of your operations.
I bring with me a fresh, millennial inspired, and passionate take on new & creative relationships to gain market share or exposure for those we can serve. But most of all my love for people is paramount to how I approach work and life overall. I believe I am in the people business first with regards to how I interact with clients, working in synergy with fellow team members, and very important to me my commitment to the Tampa Bay area operating under ‘The Golden Rule’.
I have a diverse history from nearly 15 years in the hospitality industry, which brought me to Tampa in a leadership role. I believe in "paying it forward" and giving back to our community by being a Vice-Chair and board member for Habitat for Humanity of Hillsborough County, being an active member & "Big" in Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Tampa Bay, Eagle Scout & supporter in Boy Scouts of America, while also engaging in several leadership and networking organizations in the Tampa Bay area. I was a recipient for being an up and comer in the category of "Top 30 Under 30" by the Tampa Bay Business Journal in 2013. In my spare time, I enjoy having fun with my passion for food and cooking, exploring the Tampa Bay area, enjoying sports and entertainment, spending time with my son, fiancé &, dog, and spending quality time with friends & family
